Ajisai is a flower that blooms in June, when there are many rainy days allover Japan.
The country of origin is Japan, and when it first went to Europe, it was called" Oriental rose" because of its beauty.
Such an “Ajisai” has a very unique feature that the color of the flower changes depending on the acidity (pH) of the soil.
Generally, if the soil is acidic, it will turn blue, if it is neutral, it will turn purple, and if it is
alkaline, it will turn red.
The flower language of Ajisai differs depending on the color of the flower, and there are big differences such as "cold" and "heartless" for blue, and "energetic woman "and "family group" for red.
At Ajisai Park in Tottori City, you can see about 3000 such mysterious Ajisai.
