As we approach the end of another successful 'swim with the whales' season, the hotel continues to offer the best accommodation and food in Tonga, with 122 rooms and extensive conference facilities and meeting rooms. Complimentary buffet breakfast is also included for all guests, and airport transfers can be arranged at the time of reservation for a minimal cost.

The hotels original breakfast restaurant has completed a major overhaul including a name change to FALA. This means pineapple, and was chosen in recognition of the pineapple field situated at the front of the hotel. The field has over 4000 pineapples growing and these are used in the hotels kitchen. The grounds also support the kitchen with numerous fruit, root crops and herbs. During the day the restaurant can be utilised for private functions or a conference breakout area.
CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS
The Tanoa Hotel Group provides one of the largest selections of conference and meeting facilities in the South Pacific. There is a vast selection of conference rooms hosting from 20 to 300 people, including marquees for dinner and cocktails. Quotes are provided individually determined by your budget and requirements.

A full refurbishment of the hotel is almost completed. All 60 rooms have now been completely rebuilt, offering a sophisticated modern design. The ground floor public areas will commence shortly and will feature a shared reception and bar offering, along with a newly designed kitchen and breakfast buffet area. All rates now include complimentary buffet breakfast for all guests and once completed a new menu will accompany the new look.
