British comedian Griff Rhys Jones' epic railway expedition through Queensland was featured on ABC earlier this week in the first episode of ‘Griff’s Great Australian Rail Trip’.

The trip was supported by TEQ, with two episodes of the series featuring Queensland, with Brisbane, Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef in episode three and the Gold Coast to Longreach in episode four.

The ‘Down Under’ version of the show will also air in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Griff Rhys Jones is globally popular, with his other shows averaging five million viewers per episode, and his last show rated as the UK’s top factual show. Catch the show on the ABC on Tuesdays at 8:30pm.
