Trip Consulting
For those planning to spend time in mainland Southeast Asia (Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam) who need help making their travel plans Joe Cummings offers the following services:
1) Joe designs a custom itinerary based on the time of year you're visiting, number of days, interests and preferences, and then handle the bookings - rooms and domestic/regional transportation, guided activities where needed - for you through a small, independent, westerner-owned, Bangkok-based travel agency he works with. You would be responsible for air transport to Bangkok (the hub for travel to other countries in mainland SE Asia as well).
2) Joe creates an itinerary, then you make all your own bookings (using his recommendations and/or your own sources).
3) A combination of 1 and 2, depending on your preferences.

For film and television crews, Joe also offers location scouting and location management.

Joe's fee is US$180 per hour for private itinerary consulting, with a two-hour minimum. He can also serve as a guide, escort, facilitator and/or interpreter subject to my availability on the dates you're travelling, in which case he charges US$350 per day plus expenses (discounts for multi-day hire). Payments can be made via PayPal, cheque, wire transfer or cash

Please contact Joe Cummings to discuss your requirements.
