A range of menus have been designed by Evans for the hotel's restaurant, which is set to officially re-launch with a new look and name in July.
Keeping with Evans' food philosophies, the food offerings will be designed to provide guests with healthy and thoughtfully crafted food, appealing to a range of palates.
The menus will feature seasonal, organic and local produce where possible with WA growers like Kununurra watermelons, Mount Barker free range chicken and Dandaragan organic beef from Margaret River.
