Travel & Leisure Names Four Vietnamese Hotels Among World’s Best

Four Vietnamese hotels have been lauded among the best worldwide by seasoned travelers from around the globe, according to the latest survey by Travel & Leisure Magazine.

The four hotels include five-star properties Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Park Hyatt Saigon, the Nam Hai in Hoi An, and La Residence Hotel & Spa in Hue.

Travel & Leisure invited its readers to participate in the annual survey by answering a questionnaire and rating hotel candidates in five categories: rooms/facilities, location, service, restaurants and value

The 112-year-old Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi once again earned the highest marks among Vietnamese contenders, while all-villa resort the Nam Hai made its second appearance on the prestigious list. Art-deco hotel La Residence claimed its first win from the magazine’s readers.

Mombo Camp and Little Mombo Camp in Botswana led the winners.
