“Vanishing Artist” Liu Bolin Performs at Beijing Supermarket

Chinese artist Liu Bolin has displayed the miracles of camouflage once again. Liu Bolin has painted himself in such a way as to blend with a vegetable counter at a Beijing supermarket.

Thanks to an optical illusion, the artist has managed to become invisible and to completely merge with the background

Liu Bolin has gained a reputation for taking pictures of himself and for camouflaging his entire body from head to feet so as to merge into the background.

The 38-year-old Chinese national, also called the “Vanishing Artist,” became interested in “invisible” art for the first time over six years ago.

His photo series “Hiding In The City” is famous all over the world.

The photos of Liu Bolin have been displayed at major exhibitions worldwide.
