River Rhythms Free Outdoor Concerts

River Rhythms wraps up the season with free outdoor performances by country crooners Camille and Stuey French, and Danielle Blakey with her pop and country tunes. The concerts will be held in Olympic Park, Sydney, NSW Australia.

Camille and Stuey French
20 November - Camille and Stuey French (Country)
Stuey French has long been one of Australia's finest guitar pickers, touring and recording with all the stars of Australian country music as well as touring with his own band, the Feral Swing Katz. Camille Te Nahu, with a voice as smooth as velvet, was the backing singer of choice (Kasey Chambers, Gina Jeffreys, Beccy Cole) before launching her own successful career. Together, Camille and Stuey mix jazz, country and popular ballads with sassy duets. Camille's beautiful voice is complemented by Stuey's stellar guitar work. So if you take a bit from Les Paul + Mary Ford, Chet Atkins, Anne Murray, Merle Haggard and KD Lang, you have a taste of what Camille and Stuey have to offer.

27 November - Danielle Blakey (Country/Pop)
Danielle Blakey
Danielle is a young Australian singer/songwriter, blending together the elements of pop, country, rock and a touch of jazz to create her own unique sound. Her self-titled debut album features 10 original tracks, nine of which Danielle has co-written.

Danielle has no shortage of experience in the music industry. She was a Music Oz Top 5 Finalist in 2007, was a Tamworth Toyota Star Maker Top 10 Finalist and toured Europe and the USA playing at Festivals such as the "Monterey Jazz Festival" and "North Sea Jazz Festival". Her debut album "Danielle Blakey" was produced by Australian guitar virtuoso Peter Northcote and features some of Australia's finest musicians.
