The Global Village Motorfest and Fair 2011

Most families have one or two motor vehicles in their garage which they drive to work, to the shops, or to visit friends. We pride ourselves of having the newest and the best cars we can afford. However, there a quite a few people who proudly own motor vehicles of years gone by. Many of these have seen been days, and have been discarded because it was felt their useful life was over. The new owners have patiently spent many hours retoring the vehicles to their former glory, to the point that look as new as the day they rolled off the production line.

A wonderful opportunity will be available on Sunday 13 November when The Global Village Motorfest and Fair will be held in Muswellbrook. On display will be an awesome collection of magnificent vehicles of every era, of every make and model and from all parts of the Globe who have made their home in the Upper Hunter region of NSW Australia. There will be Cars, Motorbikes, Boats, Trucks, Stationary Motors, and Military Vehicles Some will be new, some old and some under construction and restoration...

Shannon’s Super Rig will be present, which has an onboard Race Simulator for people to experience. Maitland Helicopters will be available on site for Joy Rides. Free childrens entertainment will include Jumping Castles, Rock Climbing Walls, a Maze, and Puppet Shows. Crockstars Reptiles will be on hand to entertain and educate with their reptile display. There will be plenty of Market Stalls, Food and Refreshments.

The Global Village Motorfest and Fair is hosted by the Upper Hunter Motoring Association. It will be held from 9am at the Muswellbrook Showground on Maitland Road (the New England Highway) in Muswellbrook, NSW Auustralia. The entry fee is really great value and family friendly.
