SriLankan Airlines Celebrates International Pilots’ Day

SriLankan Airlines marked International Pilots’ Day in April 2025 with a small gathering at its Flight Dispatch Centre at Bandaranaike International Airport. 

Pilots were presented with a special vehicle badge bearing the iconic winged emblem, in appreciation of their enduring dedication and flying spirit that keeps the world connected every day. 

The event, which treated guests to pilot-themed cupcakes, offered a moment to reflect on and celebrate the extraordinary efforts and sacrifices pilots make in bringing the world closer together.
