The festival usually draws crowds of 10,000 however, this year's ninth annual event took place via a virtual kitchen. Matt headlined two live cooking shows, cooking six recipes using produce from Western Sydney Parklands' 12 urban farms.
Executive Chef, Travis Harvey of food rescue charity OzHarvest, also made a special guest appearance to help raise much needed funds to supply food to communities in need, plus shared tips for reducing food waste at home.
