For a limited time, Crystal Confidence 2.0 invites travellers to plan a future voyage and reserve their shore excursions with no money down and a 30-day option window.

The policy invites guests to dream big and plan their future travels with confidence, excitement and reduced pressure of commitment. Those who book under this policy prior to 4 November 2020 have 30 days before any deposit is due, plus extended final payment deadlines and relaxed cancellation schedules.

Guests due to sail on Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity can now pre-reserve their shore excursions twelve months prior to sailing, with no deposit required to do so (this option was previously only available for deposited bookings, six months prior to departure).
