THURSDAY 16 MAY
Locally Crafted Noosa 16 May, 10.00am, $160.Sunshine Coast Craft Beer Tours are running a Locally Crafted tour, where you can sample not only locally crafted beer but also gin, coffee and chocolate! Venues include Flying West Coffee, Land & Sea brewery and distillery and the Noosa Chocolate Factory.
Breweer's Delight at Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. 16 May, 5.00pm, $89.
Warm up for the epic weekend ahead with a relaxed gathering at Noosa's newest brewery, Heads of Noosa Brewing Co.  Graze on some finger-food and wash it down with exceptional local brews while enjoying some live music.  Chat with the brewers and throw your hand up if you'd like an impromptu brewery tour.
FRIDAY 17 MAY
Line Caught, Grass Fed, 17 May 12.00pm, $169
Join Noosa Boathouse and Chef Shane Bailey as they collaborate with Ben O'Donoghue and Nick Holloway for a Land & Sea inspired lunch highlighting quality Queensland beef as well as locally caught seafood from our waters. The three chefs will join “Snapper” aka Sean White, Noosa Boathouse's commercial fisherman and chef on a fishing expedition to line catch the fish they will prepare as part of Noosa Boathouse's signature 4-course feast. Tickets include a 4-course feast with Pipers Brook wines.
Noosa Brewery Trail, 17 May, 11.30am, $150.If a brewery trail is more your speed then we've got you covered! Experience a lazy afternoon exploring three breweries in Noosa and surrounding regions on the Noosa Brewery Trail. Get behind the scenes, meet the brewers and sample fresh local beer along the way. Oh and don't worry about driving, an air-conditioned bus awaits!
Pitchfork and Pork, 17 May, 12.00pm, $120.
Join Pitchfork Restaurant as they collaborate with Queensland pork producer Schultz Family Farm to deliver Pitchfork and Pork, a 3-course feasting lunch with wine. Enjoy an antipasti entrée with cured meats, olives, pickled veg and bread followed by a suckling pig main and a plated dessert.
The Fortune of Land & Sea – a beer, spirit and find food odyssey, 17 May, 6.00pm, $150.Local brewery Land & Sea and distillery Fortune are bringing together their two crafts to create a unique evening celebration of beer, spirits and gourmet junk – mini festival style. For three hours roam between food and beverage stations at your leisure, alongside live music and impromptu brewery and distillery tours.
Heritage 17 May, 6.00pm, $245.
Chris Hagan of The Long Apron and Will Cowper of Otto Brisbane go head to head in showcasing heritage, rare breed and heirloom produce at Long Apron. Pride and bragging rights are on the table.  Adding to the competition will be The Long Apron's Sommelier Peter Marchant and Otto's Sommelier Alan Hunter competing for your palates on wine choices. It's restaurant vs restaurant, mate vs mate and you get to be the winners.
Grazie – Food with Gratitude 17 May, 7.00pm, $215.
Join OzHarvest's Food Fighter champion Ronni Kahn with friends for dinner at Locale as they share the appreciation of the entire ingredient and celebrate the end to end food cycle with gratitude.  With an exciting menu designed and prepared by Giovanni Pilu, Alessandro Pavoni and Andy Davies, this dinner will creatively explore sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients in a respectful and delicious way. 
SATURDAY 18 MAY
Club Crusoe, 18 May, 5.00pm, $195.
For one night only, Rococo Bistro Noosa are bringing a Kakadu meets Cafe del Mar meets isles of the South Pacific beach party to the shores of Laguna Bay.  There'll be 4 hours of DJs and live music, dancing, sublime food, plentiful drink and of course, coconuts!
Peter Kuruvita & Evan Hayter Margaret River Journey, 18 May, 7.00pm, $230.
We are bringing the East and West Coast together in a celebration of Australia's sustainable and organic farming communities. Noosa's Peter Kuruvita teams up with one of Margaret River's most respected chefs, Evan Hayter from the Arimia Winery to create a 5-course menu with matched wines. Hitting it off while filming SBS's Coastal Kitchen, together they will showcase the incredible produce of Evan's farm and region, along with the best of the Sunshine Coast. Both chefs are well known for the food ethos of working with Mother Nature's seasonality and partnering with passionate and ethical local producers. With so much produce-worship and light-hearted banter in the room, this will be one delicious and entertaining evening.
