LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort Wins Prestigious Branding Award

LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort was proudly announced The BrandLaureate for Country Branding Award 2014-2015 for promoting Johor and Brand Malaysia as a premier destination for Theme Parks and Resorts.

Founded in 2005, the Asia Pacific Brand Foundation (APBF) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to distinguish leading brands and businesses by various implementations such as The BrandLaureate Awards. Themed “Brand Driven, Driven by Brand”, the award represents the very best that the world of branding has to offer while recognising enterprises in the country that transpires to take branding into new heights and contribute to the promotion and enhancement of Brand Malaysia.

As the first LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort in Asia, scores of International tourist and families have visited the theme park to experience the wide variety of LEGO’s attractions. This has helped to propel the country’s tourism industry, positioning Malaysia on the global map for theme parks and attractions. LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort also played a pivotal role in the economic development by creating business and employment opportunities for Malaysia.
