ATE SAMPLES GOURMET NSW FARE

NSW ATE STAND
The Destination NSW Café served up gourmet treats from the State during ATE. Items on offer at the café included UMS Cookies, Kangaroo Valley Fudge, Duck Creek Macadamias, Cocoa Nib Artisan Chocolate, Brookfarm Walkabout Nut Mix, and The Little Marionette coffee served in cups printed with the work of NSW artists.

Two of the State’s renowned chefs were also on hand during the week to give delegates a taste of the culinary experiences on offer in NSW. Martin Boetz from Cooks Co-op catered for a Destination NSW networking event, while Indigenous chef Clayton Donovan prepared an afternoon tea co-hosted by Destination NSW and The Legendary Pacific Coast using native ingredients such as wattleseed, macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle.
