Chateau Elan Wins “Luxury Accommodation” at Prestigious Tourism Awards for the Second Consecutive Year

Hunter Valley Resort Chateau Elan at The Vintage, has been successful in winning the prestigious “Luxury Accommodation” NSW Tourism Award, for a second consecutive year.

Not only did NSW Tourism recognise Chateau Elan as the state's most “Luxury Accommodation” for a second year in a row, but they also announced Chateau Elan as this year's gold winner for the “Business Tourism” award. This award recognises the contribution the property has made for maximizing the Hunter experience for corporate meetings and business events.

Major players in the Tourism sector celebrated at the 25th NSW Tourism Awards in Sydney last Thursday evening at a glamorous black tie celebration. The event was attended by the NSW Deputy Premier, Minister for Tourism and Major Events Troy Grant and Minister for Regional Tourism John Barilaro, who congratulated the winners and were proud to acknowledge the very best our New South Wales tourism sector had to offer.

The NSW Tourism Awards are made up of 32 categories and include attractions, festivals, events, ecotourism, tour and transport operators, marketing, accommodation and outstanding contribution from individuals.
