The Gantry Restaurant & Bar will serve market-fresh and seasonal produce with a rustic and interactive flair. As the chefs prepare cold larder around the chef’s table in the dining room, guests will be able to select their seafood from the seafood bar and watch the happenings of the larger open kitchen up close.
The interiors of the restaurant will respect the personality of Pier One Sydney Harbour. Hand selected European furniture will be framed against the backdrop of the water with an overhanging pergola, and extensive outdoor landscaping and seating, inviting guests to relax, dine and enjoy the activities on the harbour.
