Taj Krishna Hosts Autumn Moon Festival

Taj Krishna is celebrating the Autumn Moon Festival from September 17 to 23, 2013, at its Specialty Cantonese & Sichuan restaurant, Golden Dragon. In the coming days, Master Chef Hung Fong Ng and his team will be presenting a special menu that reflects the traditional cuisine of the Zhou dynasty. Each of the dishes is endowed with subtlety and refinement.

The menu opens with exciting entrees such as crispy rock lobster pickled ginger chilli oyster glaze, wok tossed calamari salt and pepper, taichin prawns, spicy honey mustard fish, konjee crispy chicken, double cooked sliced chilli chicken and dry szechwan lamb. The festival also offers an array of traditional dishes such as velvet crabmeat black bean oyster, stir fried calamari with greens in exotic xo sauce, pan fried lobster with ginko nuts in tobandjan sauce, stir fried duck in chilli plum sauce, zucchini water chestnuts and mushroom in devil sauce and wood ear and greens fried rice and Ice Skin Moon Cakes.
