The two-Michelin-starred Lai Ching Heen presents a six-course National Day dinner showcasing refined Cantonese culinary artistry.
Highlights include chilled Australian scallop with Oscietra caviar, golden crab claw, double-boiled Ling cod fish maw with Matsutake mushroom and dried pearl clam, and braised whole abalone with sea cucumber.
