A National Workshop for Tourism Development
A two-day workshop dedicated to strengthening Destination Management Organizations was held in Nay Pyi Taw and organised by the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism with support from the ASEAN-Japan Centre.The event brought together tourism officials, DMO representatives and industry experts to discuss strategies for sustainable tourism growth. Participants shared experiences, discussed management challenges and explored international best practices that could improve the development of tourist destinations across Myanmar.
