| The Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash |
The Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash has struck gold at the NSW Tourism Awards, taking home the top prize for Major Festival & Event. Despite being less than five years old, this vibrant festival has already cemented its place as a standout event on Australia’s music calendar. Festival founder Greg Donovan expressed pride and disbelief at the accolade, noting the journey from a remote goat paddock to receiving the state’s highest recognition for festivals.

Attendees enjoy three days of camping under the stars, eccentric activities, and a dog-friendly environment that attracts nearly 15,000 festival-goers each year. Highlights include camel rides, charity fun runs, comedy sessions, outdoor cinema, and more, creating a uniquely immersive outback experience.Star-Studded 2026 Line-Up
