Minor Hotels has appointed of Christoph Dueker as Cluster General Manager for Anantara Kalutara Resort and Avani Kalutara Resort in Sri Lanka. 

A Seasoned Hospitality Leader

Christoph brings over 20 years of international experience with top-tier luxury and lifestyle hotel brands across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. He began his career with Four Seasons and has held senior management roles at Park Hyatt, Shangri-La, and Marina Bay Sands. His leadership combines commercial expertise with a passion for people and place, consistently delivering high-performing properties that remain deeply connected to their communities.

A Vision for Kalutara

“I’m truly excited to be in Sri Lanka and to work with the talented teams at Anantara and Avani Kalutara,” said Christoph. “Both resorts have distinctive personalities: one a peaceful Sir Geoffrey Bawa–inspired luxury sanctuary, the other a vibrant lifestyle beach escape.
