"Kikunoya" 

Located near Kawahara Castle in Japan, "Kikunoya" is a renowned local restaurant where you can enjoy precious natural ayu (sweetfish) alongside seasonal ingredients. 

Within the premises flows a river, a feature dating back to its inception, and in the evenings, a gentle breeze from the water adds to the ambiance indoors. The restaurant boasts various private rooms, each with its distinct atmosphere, including one with river views and others adorned with Edo-era artifacts and kimonos. 

Their highlight is the Ayu course, showcasing dishes like simmered and salt-grilled ayu from Tottori's clear streams, along with tempura. During Ayu season, the banquet hall can host up to 30 guests, perfect for group dining experiences.
