A member of The Ascott Limited’s leading portfolio of brands, Citadines (French for ‘City dwellers’) enables guests to experience the best elements of urban living, both within and outside their rooms. The new 90-seat venue strikes a harmony between restaurant and bar, complimenting the core brand promise of Citadines, which offers modern and flexible accommodation in both established and emerging metropolitan hubs.
Head Chef Ryan Perry’s approach to designing the menu involved tapping into the familiar comforts of traditional Italian cuisine, which he has reimagined using quality produce and Australian creative flair.

Accessed from level 5 of Citadines Walker North Sydney, Bar Lettera will be available for bookings from April 27.
