Courmayeur Mont Blanc |
Located in the Italian Alps, Courmayeur Mont Blanc, is a ‘traditional yet sophisticated resort’ deemed the sixth best European ski resort in the 2022 Conde Nast Traveller Readers' Choice Awards.
With over 100 kilometers of slopes and offpiste terrain on both sides of the mountain, the resort caters for novice and expert skiers, with ski and snowboard schools.
On the slopes are 33 runs of varying levels and elevations reaching up to 2,755 meters, all supported by snow-making systems to ensure consistent snow coverage.
Freeriders can tackle descents through Val Veny's forested off-piste routes or the chutes of Vesses, Arp Vieille, and Youla.
The car-free centre of the village offers restaurants and bars, a choice of accommodation and a vibrant après-ski scene.
Courmayeur has a range of dining options serving the hearty, local Valle d’Aosta cuisine, Mont Blanc wines, an abundance of local produce and traditional, alpine dishes.
The ski resort stages and annual calendar of culinary and family events.
The Gourmet Ski returns to the resort between 22 and 24 March 2024, a culinary weekend with Michelin-starred chefs, JeanPhilippe Blondet and Claude Bosi.
This season, Courmayeur Mont Blanc will also be hosting two Family Ski Week’s for the first time, expanding its schedule to include Christmas festivities, in addition to the usual Easter activities.
