Sweet and savoury offerings awaken rich flavours of fruits, nuts and the zest of citrus, with colours that evoke fallen leaves and the pristine white of fresh snow that falls across the Snowy Mountains.

Nestle in for an afternoon enveloped in the warm atmosphere of The Bar as you delight in quince and walnut tarts, white rhubarb stones, yuzu snowballs, lemon meringue macarons and a revitalising citrus shot.

To complement the experience, our savoury sensations include a smoked salmon mille-feuille, truffled egg and cucumber sandwiches, aged prosciutto and fig jam bagels, lemon chicken buns and pumpkin tartlets served with garden vegetables.
