Winter operations for skiers and snowboarders at Mammoth Mountain are to remain open until at least July.
Mammoth Mountain is within the town of Mammoth Lakes, California in the Inyo National Forest.
The area has received a great amount of snow so far in the 22-23 season and the resort should reach its season snowfall record.
As a result, the resort will continue winter operations until at least July and could extend further with no official closing date confirmed.
As California’s highest chairlift serviced peak, Mammoth Mountain is known for extended spring seasons, and can operate into the summer months.
