AE Expeditions : Antarctica 2024/25 programme

Australian-owned expedition company AE Expeditions, has launched its 2024-2025 Antarctic programme.

The 25 voyages from nine to 23 days will offer visits to the Antarctic Peninsula, Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the Chilean Fjords.

In Shackleton’s Footsteps, is a 20-day trip that retraces the historic voyage of the Endurance. It will sail into the Weddell Sea and then onto Elephant Island, the desolate outpost where Shackleton and his men finally made landfall after 497 days at sea.

The voyage continues across the Scotia Sea to South Georgia, where Shackleton’s voyage ended. AE Expeditions is also visiting the Chilean Fjords, a maze of waterways filled with bird and sea life and surrounded by snow-capped mountains.

Photography enthusiasts have the immersive 13-day Spirit of Antarctica dedicated photographic voyage with professional photographers.
