The weekend-long festival kicks off on 25 August, with Fancy Frocks & Bow Ties, a one-night-only, fine-dining event consisting of a six gin and degustation dinner led by internationally renowned Executive Chef Max Ling.

Each dish to be paired with different gins from Australian distilleries including Lawrenny Estates, Manly Spirits, Prohibition Liquor, 708, The West Winds Gin and Natural Distilling Co.
