After more than two years Qantas resumed its commercial flight service between Brisbane and Los Angeles on Friday last week.

Brisbane Airport was full of excitement as visitors from the USA finally touched down after the challenges of COVID-19.

This comes after Singapore Airlines flight SQ203 landed in Cairns last Monday 28 March after almost two years since its last passenger flight.

The return of these routes is another positive step in Queensland's recovery of the international market and an important milestone to build the confidence of international travellers.
