The investment policy of Bac Giang golf course project was approved by the Prime Minister, with an area of about 140 hectares, located in 3 communes of Chu Dien, Kham Lang and Yen Son in Luc Nam District.
The project scale includes building a 36-hole golf course according to international golf course criteria and other works. Total investment capital is about 740 billion VND, operation term is 50 years, project implementation progress lasts for 36 months.
According to the representative of the investor, once completed and put into operation, the project will bring high economic efficiency, contributing to the local budget tens of billions of dong/year from taxes and additional services; contributing to promoting economic restructuring, stimulating demands in other sectors.
Besides, it will need to use a human resource of about 500 - 700 employees including manager, service staff, electricity and water staff, electric vehicle driver, taking care of trees and lawns; other service workers around the project area...
In particular, the Bac Giang golf course project is located in the center of economic, cultural and spiritual tourism development, connecting tourist attractions with the relics of Vinh Nghiem Pagoda, Non Cave, Suoi Mo eco-tourism area, a system of historical relics and scenic spots along the western slopes of Yen Tu. This is a big highlight contributing to promoting the local image and brand, attracting businesses to the locality to seek investment opportunities.
