A wonderful Lake region to share with you

This week I am traveling through Lake Garda, Lake Iseo, and the Franciacorta region sampling some new areas while building more depth in the places where we already have amazing connections. Later this month I will be showcasing some of these same areas to a group of travel advisors.

Those of you who have followed See Italy over the years know that we are always searching for the best each region has to offer. You also know that we aren’t simply searching for beautiful scenery or the swankiest accommodations. Because we learned early on that it is the interactions that visitors have with locals who are passionate, authentic, and willing to open their hearts while sharing the Italy they love with them that creates the connections and experiences that make the memories which last a lifetime.

Of this region, let me simply say this, the lakes are fascinating, the offerings are wonderful and the locals are happy to make you part of their beautiful slice of Italy!

This region has lots of wine, some of the best food to be found anywhere and even more wine to choose from. It has organic meats, olive oil, lemons, and a mild climate. The region’s Mediterranean climate is perfect for citrus and because the temperature never drops below zero…celsius that is, citrus trees are abundant throughout.

When traveling through new places I’m always searching for the things that make my heart sing! I know that these “ingredients” will help create the circumstances where our traveling clients can become emotionally connected to the Italy we love!

Take a look at what we have in store for our quests beginning on the 23rd.
Franciacorta & Valtellina (pdf) - October 23-29, 2021

I cannot wait to share the Franciacorta and Valtellina area with my guests from October 23rd to the 30th. It will be a blast for all of us and a time they will never forget.
