Grand Pacific Tours Celebrate Their 20 Year Journey

New Zealand Coach Holiday Specialist, Grand Pacific Tours, celebrate their 20th anniversary on 1st April 2016.

Established in Melbourne in 1996 by Peter Harding, his vision was to grow and develop to be a New Zealand specialist who could continue to deliver new and innovative products to Australians and ensure they experience the holiday of a lifetime.

Aimed at the mature aged traveller, the company first began with a selection of jst 4 tours to New Zealand within a simple 12 page brochure format. Since those early beginnings, Grand Pacific Tours has evolved to now offer over 200 guaranteed departures a year which includes traditional tours along with incredible innovations such as small group 'business class on wheels' holidays, cruise and coach combination packages, dedicated options for solo travellers, aviation buffs, garden enthusiasts plus much more.

Over the last six years GPT have also grown their presence in the international markets; mainly the UK & Canada, now representing just over 20% of total travellers.

“As we reflect over the 20 years, The Grand Pacific Tours team has developed strong relationships with a large range of New Zealand operators and are grateful for the exceptional way our travellers are looked after and the true friendships formed within the industry” says Peter Harding, Managing Director, Grand Pacific Tours.

Grand Pacific Tours holidays are all inclusive, meaning travellers can relax knowing everything is taken care of for them. The range of travel styles on offer represents incredible value for money with tours to suit all tastes; durations and budgets.

“We are thrilled with the take up of our range of product and are excited to celebrate these achievements over the last 20 years. There is so much you can see and do in the spectacular destination of New Zealand and we are thrilled to share it with our travellers” says Mr Harding
