At the award presentation ceremony, Ms Ming Chan, General Manager of Corporate Communications of Hong Kong Airlines, received the award on behalf of the company.

These years we have been committed to providing comfortable and delightful business class service to our passengers, making every journey a value-for-money flight experience. The average load factor of our business class in 2015 grew remarkably by 14% as a result of increasing recognition from the travellers. We shall continue to enhance our service quality to ‘sweeten the passengers up’ by bringing a pleasant journey.”
The Awards organizer Flyagain.la! is a popular online platform with over 400,000 fans, providing travel information of air tickets, hotels and money-saving travel tips etc.. This year, 13 brands are voted as “My Favorite Travel Brand” with the participation of over 5500 of fans on facebook.
