New tours and experiences in NSW

Deniliquin Beach to Beach Walking Path
  • On August 22, Barangaroo Point Reserve will officially open to the public. The new six-hectare Harbour foreshore park will feature a large cultural space, expansive grassed areas and pedestrian and shared cycle paths as part of the new foreshore promenade, Wulugul Walk, which will start in Walsh Bay and finish at King Street Wharf when the section at Central Barangaroo is complete
  • Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo has welcomed some new arrivals – in all shapes and sizes! Recently the zoo welcomed three playful Lion cubs, a Rare Black Rhino calf and four Asian Elephants. The Lion cubs, the first born at the Zoo, are proving very popular with visitors as they play and chase each other around
  • Silver Compass Tours is an exciting new tour operator in Orange specialising in gourmet and cultural tours across the greater Central West region, Sydney and internationally. They offer food and wine packages in Orange, corporate vineyard retreats and local and international food and wine festival tours
  • Visitors to Newcastle can now explore the city’s buzzing craft beer scene with One For the Road Tours. Three walking tours educate visitors about the history of beer, how it’s made, different beer styles and how to match beer and food. A bus tour to the Hunter Valley and a walking tour of Newcastle’s small bar scene are planned to follow
  • The Deniliquin Beach to Beach Walking Path is now complete. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely two-hour stroll along the banks of the Edwards River from McLean Beach to Willoughby’s Beach in the Murray Valley Regional Park.
