TYRANNOSAURS CLOSES 27 JULY

There are days left to see Tyrannosaurs at the Australian Museum - the first exhibition in the world to shine a light on this legendary dinosaur family.

Exclusive to Sydney and NSW, the blockbuster exhibition showcases the real ‘T-Rex’ and all of its ancestors, using innovative technology to demonstrate why this infamous predator was at the top of the food chain when it roamed the world around 67 million years ago.

The exhibition tells the story of the Tyrannosaurs dinosaur family in a completely new way. Using cutting edge technology, Tyrannosaurs is the first exhibition in Australia to feature hands on and multimedia experiences that will engage and excite children and adults alike.

Tyrannosaurs comprises a selection of real Tyrannosaur fossils, models and animations, with fossil specimens that have never been seen in Australia, including a complete cast of the largest Tyrannosaur skeleton ever discovered. There are also stunning life-sized skeletons and models as well as Augmented Reality Technology - a first for an exhibition by an Australian museum.
