Opening Weekend Snow Party

The 2014 snow season at Falls Creek Alpine Resort begins on the second week of June. One venue renowned for live entertainment, the Frying Pan Inn, has its first Weekend Party inconjunction with Carlton Dry and FYVE snowboards on the Saturday night of the official opening weekend which is on the Queen’s Birthday long weekend.

Live entertainment is the forte of this popular apres ski venue located in the heart of the Village Bowl. The energetic entertainment from DJ Bags V DK (http://bagsvdk.com/) will have the crowd ripping up the dance floor and five lucky guests could win a 1,000 bucks each. For a chance to win all they have to do is purchase a Carlton Dry to receive an entry ticket.

Another well patronised night spot in the heart of the alpine villaqe The Man will also begin its line-up of entertainment during the traditional opening weekend.A little later in the winter (August 1) one of Australia's leading hip hop artist Illy, who has just completed a sell-out tour of Australia, will wow the audience with his trademark style of music.
