We've often been told that a family that walks together talks together. And what better way to spend time with your children or grand children than exploring, walking and having fun along the coast of Victoria, including the Great Ocean Road next January. Re-connect and help them create those special childhood memories they'll treasure for a lifetime.
We'll organise everything for you including an itinerary that's jam packed with healthy, fun activities along with opportunities to learn about the environment you are travelling in. Each day will include some walking as well as one or more non walking activities to keep the kids interested. And each evening we'll provide family friendly accommodations and meals.
We'll head off down the Great Ocean Road where we'll enjoy walking, canoeing, wildlife spotting, a tour of Cape Otway lighthouse and a visit to the Otway Fly. Plus some swimming and time at the most exciting adventure playground we've ever come across.
Next we're in Nelson walking along the Glenelg River, cruising on the river and enjoying a tour of the limestone caves. There's even a day trip into South Australia to walk at Mt Gambier's Blue Lake, scramble on the cliffs at Port MacDonnell and see the crystal clear Piccaninnie Ponds.
Bring the kids, grand kids, nieces or nephews and be prepared for a relationship building fun time, The Coastal BYO kids trip leaves 20th January 2015, price family of 4 $5795, family of 3 $4595!
