The heritage-rich adventure is an initiative to connect travellers with authentic elements from Singapore’s yesteryears, and will take travellers on a journey through the Singapore story via informative and experiential trails at popular centrally located leisure spots.
Participants who book their hotel or residence stays with Far East Hospitality will be rewarded with a shopping voucher and discounted access to Singapore’s four popular museums – Asian Civilisations Museum, National Museum of Singapore, Peranakan Museum and Singapore Art Museum. Those booking between 19 July and 18 August will also be able to join specially designed festival trails to sample local food and play traditional games as part of the Singapore HeritageFest 2013. Some of the highlights include inking yourself with henna and learning about the history of the famous Glutton’s Square.
