Knowledge Monday
The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) has unveiled the full agenda for its expanded 2026 Knowledge Monday program, opening AIME at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) on Monday 9 February. This year’s theme, Expertise Matters!, celebrates the credibility, strategic insight, and impact of business events professionals navigating an ever-evolving global landscape.

A Day of Learning and Insight

Curated by BEAMexperience Founder El Kwang in collaboration with AIME and guided by a distinguished Advisory Committee of industry leaders from across Asia Pacific, Knowledge Monday offers high-impact keynote presentations and 22 breakout sessions across two 60-minute streams. The program is designed to sharpen skills, elevate strategic thinking, and strengthen industry capability.

Attendees can choose from sessions across five core content categories: Business Strategy & Leadership; Event Management & Experience Design; Technology, AI & Data; Humanity, Talent & Skills Development; and Sustainability & Legacy. Topics include navigating AI-enhanced environments, designing for authentic human engagement, mastering leadership effectiveness, creating legacy-driven event strategies, and transforming creativity into measurable commercial outcomes.

Expert Keynote Speakers

Setting the tone for Knowledge Monday are three standout keynote speakers:
