ROSEWOOD PHNOM PENH MARKS EIGHT YEARS

Phnom Penh proudly announces the Sora Sustainable Summit x Phnom Penh Cocktail Festival, a two-day celebration on February 6 and 7, 2026 that explores sustainability in hospitality and showcases global bar talent. Marking the hotel’s eighth anniversary, the event builds on Sora’s recent accolade — the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award from The World’s 50 Best Bars — and reinforces Rosewood Phnom Penh’s commitment to responsible luxury and thoughtful innovation.

“Sustainability is not a trend for us; it is a responsibility and an opportunity”, said Daniel Simon, Managing Director, Rosewood Phnom Penh.”Through Sora, we have shown that world-class bar culture and environmental responsibility can coexist naturally. This anniversary is a moment to share that journey, invite conversation, and continue leading with purpose.”

SUSTAINABILITY, LIVED AND SHARED

On Friday, 7 February, Rosewood Phnom Penh invites guests to experience sustainability not as an abstract concept, but as a lived practice, through a free-to-attend Sustainable Summit designed to spark dialogue and exchange.

The afternoon begins at 2:00 pm at the Sky Lobby with a guided sustainability tour of the hotel, including its hydroponic garden and sky farm, where herbs and produce are grown for use across the hotel’s kitchens and bars. From 3:00 pm, the summit continues at Pavilion with guest speakers sharing and panel discussion exploring how hospitality professionals are embedding sustainability into daily operations, from sourcing and waste reduction to creative reuse and long-term thinking.

Rooted in practicality and openness, the summit reflects Rosewood Phnom Penh’s belief that meaningful impact is often created through small, consistent decisions.
