AIME 2026 Unveils Powerhouse Knowledge Monday Keynotes in Melbourne

Expertise Takes Centre Stage at MCEC

The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) has announced an inspiring keynote lineup for its highly anticipated Knowledge Monday program, taking place on Monday, 9 February 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Under the energising theme “Expertise Matters!”, this full-day learning and insights program will set the tone for three dynamic days of connection, innovation and professional growth.

A Stellar Lineup of Industry-Changing Thinkers

This year’s keynote speakers bring unparalleled insight, spanning leadership, neuroscience, behaviour and reinvention. Each speaker will guide delegates through the evolving meaning of expertise — not just as knowledge, but as lived experience, clarity, adaptability and purposeful influence.

Dan Haesler, Performance and Leadership Coach,

will explore the environments needed for authentic engagement. Drawing on his work with Olympians, elite sporting teams and global organisations, Haesler will deliver strategies to help professionals design spaces that truly elevate their expertise. He believes the real challenge lies not in what experts know, but in how effectively that expertise is communicated.

Behavioural Scientist and Futurist Milo Wilkinson

will bring a sharp lens to decision-making, influence and high-pressure performance. With seven academic degrees across neuroscience, psychology and criminal sciences, Wilkinson will reveal the subconscious drivers that shape attention and trust. Delegates will gain practical tools to strengthen mental agility, understand their brain’s pattern recognition processes and use behavioural insights to enhance the impact of business events.

Global entrepreneur Kristina Karlsson, Founder of kikki.K and Dream Life,

will share her powerful personal journey of building — and rebuilding — her life and business. Responsible for creating a $650 million global brand before starting anew, Karlsson embodies resilience, reinvention and purposeful expertise. Her session will empower attendees to dream big, act bravely and apply lived experience with intention.

A Flagship Program for Business Event Leaders

Hosted by BEAM experience Founder El Kwang, Knowledge Monday is expected to welcome more than 1,500 global event professionals. The event continues to grow as the heart of AIME’s learning and development program, offering delegates rare access to world-class thinkers who shape the future of leadership and event strategy.

AIME Event Director Silke Calder says the 2026 keynote program captures the essence of this year’s theme. She emphasises that true expertise is not only about credibility, but also awareness, authenticity and the willingness to evolve. With this lineup, Knowledge Monday seeks to inspire professionals to connect, collaborate and lead with confidence.

AIME 2026: Shaping the Future of Business Events

Running from 9–11 February 2026 at MCEC, AIME 2026 is poised to be the largest edition yet. The event will bring together over 4,500 attendees, 700 exhibitors, 700 hosted buyers and more than 20,000 pre-scheduled appointments. The Knowledge Monday program will be open to AIME Hosted Buyers and Exhibitors, with Visitor Buyers able to upgrade their tickets to participate.

Industry professionals eager to deepen their expertise, expand their network and experience the latest global insights will find AIME 2026 an unmissable event on the business events calendar.
