Sweden (not Switzerland)

Sweden
A marketing campaign by Visit Sweden entitled Sweden (not Switzerland) has been a great success.

The lighthearted Swedish tourism marketing initiative has Sweden wanting to settle with Switzerland, which country is which.

Visit Sweden's own digital channels achieved a reach over one million during the first days of the campaign and an initial survey with 500 respondents who had seen the campaign saw over 70% say that they are now more interested in travelling to Sweden.

Sweden

Sweden is a Scandinavian nation with thousands of coastal islands and inland lakes, along with boreal forests and glaciated mountains.

Capital Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö all on the coast. Switzerland Stockholm is built on 14 islands, has more than 50 bridges a medieval old town and royal palaces.

Switzerland

Switzerland is a mountainous Central European country with Geneva as its capital along with ski resorts and hiking trails in the high peaks of the Alps.

Its cities including Geneva contain medieval quarters, with landmarks like capital Bern’s Zytglogge clock tower and Lucerne’s wooden chapel bridge.
