Take a relaxing stroll down the traditional townscape of Japan!

The Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter
The Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, located in Okayama Prefecture, is made up of white storehouses, Namako walls (a type of Japanese wall design), and willow trees lined up, all adding to the retro-modern scenery along the Kurashiki River.

You will also find stylish shops that sell local Kurashiki crafts and goods, such as Kurashiki canvas and Kurashiki denim.

When night falls, there is a special lightup designed by world-renowned lighting designer Motoko Ishii, illuminating the townscape with an elegant and graceful ambience.

How about visiting the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter both day and night to appreciate the differences offered by the same spot?
