The Festival was a cultural and artistic event within the framework of the activities of the Visit Vietnam Year 2023 - "Binh Thuan - Green tourism coming together".
With the message "Creative connection", the International Arts Performing Festival 2023 had the participation of 4 international art troupes expected from Mongolia, Philippines, France and Cuba; 3 Vietnamese art troupes represent the North, Central and South regions.
The Festival program also included 10 groups of independent young artists who voluntarily participated in the Grand Music Festival and Street festival such as: Vietnam Puppet Theater – Ha Noi (puppet show), Blue Sea Music and Dance Theater - Binh Thuan (Cham art), Phuong Nam Art Theater - Ho Chi Minh City (circus, vaudeville, Don Ca Tai Tu...), 100 - 120 street performers of Sun Group.
The main stage of the Festival's activities was located at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, Phan Thiet City, with many activities: Opening Ceremony (8 December), Street performances along with international performances, world peace concerts and march.
In addition, within the framework of the activities there was also a performance by the Sun Symphony Orchestra at Binh Thuan Children's House on the afternoon of 10 December.
During the festival days several activities took place, such as the Vietnamese and International Grand Music Festival Program, International seminar on the topic "Building Phan Thiet into an international center for training and performing arts"; Training in specialized skills in performing arts; Phan Thiet tour program for international visitors; Gala Dinner Program - Exchange connecting domestic and international performing artists.
The Closing Ceremony of the Binh Thuan - Vietnam International Arts Performing Festival 2023 was held on the evening of 10 December,
