Leading global tour operator Collette has announced the release of an exciting new tour brochure to mark its 106th season in travel.

Collette’s ‘Classic & Small Group Touring Worldwide 2024-25’ brochure features close to 100 global tours, with 45 different itineraries in the ever-popular North America alone, including two brand-new US tours in Montana and Alaska.

Collette’s 11-day Montana: Exploring Big Sky Country and seven-day Alaska’s Northern Lights small-group Explorations tours have been developed to appeal to travellers seeking new ways to explore the US.

The Montana trip is sure to appeal to fans of hit streaming series, Yellowstone, with an in-depth tour of the north and south Yellowstone National Park and two nights at the Ridgeline Hotel, before a visit to the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.

Travellers can also choose between whitewater rafting or a scenic float excursion in Glacier National Park, and learn about native Kootenai traditions, history, and cuisine from a descendent of the last Kootenai chief, before enjoying a cruise on the Missouri River, and much more.

Meanwhile, travellers on the new Alaska itinerary will experience life on the last frontier, with a winter glacier cruise among icebergs, a trip on the Alaska Railroad, a sled dog journey and of course, the search for the famed Northern Lights.

According to David Farrar, Collette’s Head of Sales, the seemingly endless variety of options for travellers in the US is one of the factors behind its enduring popularity as a destination.

“Our tours to North America are consistently a hit with travellers. After all, it’s our home base and not only do we know the best sites and attractions to include in our tours, but we also know what’s new and upcoming,” said Mr Farrar.

“It’s exciting to be able to present new experiences that showcase even more of the best of the United States in 2024 with the launch of our new brochure.

“That said, we’ve also got some other amazing itineraries that are popular with travellers - Japan’s a hot favourite at the moment, as are the three I’s, Italy, Ireland and Iceland.”

With the new brochure offering the most extensive product range that Collette has produced for the Australian market to date, travellers can experience classic top sellers, as well as favourites in the small group Explorations tours, plus Spotlight and Faith tours.

Collette’s itineraries are also designed to be paired with combination tours, for those travellers seeking to extend their journey.

For example, the Alaska Discovery Land & Cruise connects perfectly with the Canadian Rockies by Train featuring the Rocky Mountaineer, with departures between June and September 2024.

With a focus on premium accommodation, excellent tour pacing, and an extensive range of inclusions, all tours have been designed for today’s traveller in mind.

Plus, until 11 September 2023, Collette’s North America and Europe tours are on sale, with up to 15 percent off 2024 and 2025 departures.
