Once you arrive at the city interchange (Alinga Street stop), you have a couple of options to get to Commonwealth Park; you can stretch your legs with a walk, or you can jump on a bus and hop off on Commonwealth Avenue (route numbers 2, 4, 6, 7, 57 and 58 all stop at Floriade from the city).

• Parking: is available at a number of public car parks within close proximity to Floriade, including; Canberra Olympic Pool 36 Constitution Avenue, CIT Reid at the corner of Constitution Avenue and Coranderrk Street, National Convention Centre multi-storey car park on Constitution Avenue, Wilson New Action carpark at 1 Phillip Law St, Parking areas near National Triangle, Canberra Centre and National Convention Centre
