Win a US $8,000 Luxury Holiday: Deadline for Entries Fast Approaching

There are now less than two weeks left to enter Backyard Travel's photography competition in which the winning entrant will receive the incredible sum of US $8,000 to spend on a tailor-made trip to Asia with Backyard Travel.

To be in with a chance of winning the $8,000 life-changing prize, entrants have to submit an inspiring photo to Backyard Travel that they have taken of their hometown or city, or one that tells the story of their culture or heritage.

Backyard Travel provides tailor-made luxury tours filled with insider experiences, and with the prize of US $8,000, the winning photographer will work with Backyard's team of Travel Specialists to create their very own holiday of a lifetime to Asia.

“Whether places, faces or landscapes, we really want to know what people feel inspired about when it comes to their own Backyard.” commented Backyard Travel's General Manager Maeve Nolan. “So far the quality of the submissions has been great, and with the incredible prize of an $8,000 holiday on offer we expect to see some more wonderful entries in the final few days”.

Once the submission deadline has passed on 1st September 2014, the voting process will begin to determine the winner of the competition. Anyone with a Facebook account can vote, and once voting ends on 14th December 2014 the 10 most 'liked' photographs will go into a final group, from which the winner will be chosen.
