Set right on the golden sands of Kinka Beach, the park is undergoing a $1 million revitalisation to enhance guest experience and expand capacity, creating more space and flexibility for families, grey nomads, and coastal holidaymakers during peak season.
The summer upgrade will see 18 new accommodation options added to the park, including:
- 1 x 3-bedroom cabin
- 4 x 2-bedroom cabins
- 1 x refurbished 4 bedroom home
- 2 x 2-bedroom accessible cabins
- 2 x duplex pods (2 x 2-bedroom studio-style units)
- 6 x ensuite powered sites
Set to roll out progressively over summer, the new additions mark a major transformation for the park, doubling its cabin offering to welcome more guests in time for the peak holiday season.
“By investing in expanded and upgraded accommodation, we’re making space for more people to enjoy everything Kinka Beach has to offer,” said Ben Jones-Wilson, Operations Manager at Ingenia Holidays. “We know how popular this region is during the warmer months, and these improvements mean more guests can stay comfortably right by the beach.”
This enhancement is part of Ingenia Holidays’ broader FY25 growth strategy, focused on strengthening its coastal offering and delivering exceptional guest experiences in Australia’s most loved holiday destinations.
The park already features standout facilities including two swimming pools, games room, BBQ areas, and dog-friendly zones, all within steps of the sand.
