Since its debut in 2003, it has grown into an iconic marketplace featuring more than 250 vendors at each event. Its central location, just steps from major stations, makes it an ideal addition to an autumn itinerary.

The surrounding parks, including Kitanomaru Garden and Hibiya Park, provide beautiful displays of momiji and golden ginkgo leaves, adding a seasonal backdrop to your visit. Strolling between stalls reveals a curated collection of antiques shaped by Japan’s long tradition of reuse. You may uncover Imari porcelain bowls, vintage kimonos, wooden kokeshi dolls or kimono obi ripe for creative transformation.
